Q. I like building toys for my pet mice, but I'm running out of idea. I usually use toilet paper, carboard, posicle sticks, paper, and hot glue to hold it all together, but I think the mice are getting bored with these materials. What other materials can I use to build toys?
A. Try wood, the wood gives something sturdy that will last a while and will also give them something to chew and jump on witch also gives them something to do so there not board.
What is the name of this toy from the early eighties?
Q. This was a building toy, kind of like construx, but more basic. It had these colored plastic tubes of different lengths and colors (I sometimes used the red ones as straws) and they were connected by these white plastic pieces that had 2, 3 or 4 prongs. I can remember being able to build a train out of them. If you know the name of the toy or what company created it, that would be awesome. Thank you.
A. Hi Luv,
Was it K'NEX???? If not here is a web site of contruction toys with an index on the left hand side....that may jog your memory *grin* Hope this helps!
